The Foster Commerce team continues to grow with the addition of two new team members.

We’re pleased to introduce Matt Riopelle as Director of Operations and Lisa Tymofeeva as our new UX/UI designer.

Matt Riopelle

Matt Riopelle, Account Lead & Director of Operations

For over ten years, Matt has worked as a consultant providing innovative brand and product strategies to clients such as Condé Nast Entertainment, Honeywell, AMC Networks, IFC, Vital Farms, Onnit, and Cuvée Coffee.

As the Director of Operations and Account Lead at Foster Commerce, Matt will be responsible for client and developer experience. We’re thrilled that Matt brings his creativity and experience in multi-channel marketing campaigns and software product launches to Foster Commerce.

Matt got his start in banking, managing retail branches for two prominent financial institutions. He learned operations and leadership skills there that have served as a foundation for his career growth.

Matt is glad he’s at Foster Commerce because he likes working with kind people who are dedicated to their craft and always looking for ways to improve. He’s excited to build the future of the internet with people he admires.

Matt lives in Austin, Texas, with his wife and four kids. On weekends, he enjoys playing his guitar, checking out new BBQ joints, and spending time outdoors with his family.

Welcome to the team, Matt!

Lisa Tymofeeva

Lisa Tymofeeva, Designer

Lisa comes to us after having worked as a lead designer with SDA. Her experience includes the creation of design systems as well as mobile and web applications using strategic design thinking.

Having learned her UI and UX skills with talented mentors, Lisa is adept at solving complex design problems with customized processes and frameworks.

As our new designer, Lisa will be delivering UX and UI designs for new and existing website development projects. She will also deliver design collateral for our clients’ branding needs, such as logos, slogans, animations, and more.

As a teammate, Lisa brings a strong work ethic, a collaborative approach, and a vision of excellence.

Lisa started her career in UX after a friend suggested she’d be good at it and should give it a try. She loves her new role at Foster Commerce, saying, “My colleagues inspire me to work harder and better. I’m always learning something new and at the same time feel valued as a specialist.”

Lisa lives in Kyiv, Ukraine, with her boyfriend. Outside of work, Lisa is an avid snowboarder and car mechanic. Other hobbies include caring for her neighborhood’s stray cats, reading motivational books, and functional training.

Welcome to Foster Commerce, Lisa!
